The sole bartender had to tend us, and his superior (a chinese-looking man who gambles at Genting!). The bartender did his best and our dishes did not come out together. I felt asleep waiting for my order.

This hotel is brand new and has got some interesting facilities (decent infinity pool, spa, large and clean rooms, room service) for a very cheap rate. Provided you have a vehicle, the location is very good : 5mins from Jimbaran beach, seafood restaurants and market, 15 mins from Uluwatu. The staff was nice and helpful.

The restaurant' s food was really not good, a big disappointment. The bathtub was leaking.

All staff still training/learning, pretty bad service although they did try. Refused free airport transfer as we asked to check out an hour later as the hotel was empty, but didn't tell us this at the time of asking! No senior staff member to help trainee staff. Couldn't work credit card machine. Internet on their one computer wasn't set up even though it was advertised.

The hotel is definitely not in the best location and is far away fromany holiday type amenities. The staff and hotel however are fantastic, the hotel is very new and rooms are very clean and fresh. The pool is great and the staff are really friendly and helpful in catering to your needs

Nice, clean and very modern hotel (with fitness, swimmingpool). Good rooms. Frienly staff. Though hotel has many facilities, these can also be found in the neighbourhood. Better to use ready available transportation (like bleubird) than available shuttle.

The Hotel is very nice, swimming pool is big and clean, and room are huge, clean and very comfortable. The service is great, people are lovely and keen to help you enjoying your stay.

The bad points concern: - meals: It is the only Hotel in Bali I had to pay extra-fees for the breakfast (not included - whereas all other hotels in Bali have included breakfast for the same rate price), and it was very expensive (121.000 Rp for a breakfast without many choices - as expensive as a great lunch or dinner in other hotel restaurants)!!! - Location: on a big road, far from everything (beaches, restaurants, other activities)

The hotel is new, luxurous, very relaxing, close to the airport, Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not situated close to beach, however the pool and nice garden give the opportunity to relax. The hotel has good services like shuttle service to beach and airport. Furthemore: the spa is a delight!

It would be an advantage, if the staff could speak a little more English, which makes communication easier (for example: when asking for room service)

Hotel is not in good location Staff unexperienced, unable to solve problems. We had to stay all night without a/c and they could not even fix it.

A quite new hotel with unique logo,a little bit far from the jimbaram beach,there r fresh fruits in the room everyday,that's so great,the breakfast is a little simple and the parking aera is too small,in a word it's a good hotle to live in to sleep

The swimming pool is small,and the location of the hotle is a little bit hard to find

pretty new and clean Hotel, very nice pool, nice rooms, got an instant upgrade (because hotel was not really well booked, obviously), very nice and helpful staff (and lots of it).

is on a main road but far off the action (they offer a shuttle to the beaches though) - walking is not really an option here and the taxi drivers in Jimbaran are ridiculous. Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to the quality of the Hotel/Rooms.
